Case study 1 – 10th International Conference on Sustainable Solid waste management

NEWFEED Project team attended the 10th International Conference on Sustainable Solid waste management on 21-24 June 2023 in Chania, Greece. Case study 1 was presented by AZTI, Jone Ibarruri Zamakona, in session “Food Waste Management”.

Title of the presentation: “Biorefinery of grape stem to obtain a sugar-rich liquor for food applications and an ingredient for animal feed”.
